Analysis of the Diagnostic Questionnaire for the EFQM Quality Management Model (European Foundation for Quality Management) by the Teaching Staff of a Primary School

Abstract
This study is centered on the Diagnostic Questionnaire used by the EFQM Quality Management Model for Educational Centers (European Foundation for Quality Management), known as the European Quality Management Model, adapted by the MEC for our educational centers. What we seek with this work is to advance in this model in such a way that a readaptation of it may be reached on the basis of the results of the critical reflection of all those who make up the educational center, without excluding other external evaluators from the process, since internal evaluation acquires credibility to the extent that it is externally contrasted.
